The Unterthurner range counts a fruity distilled gin made of raspberries, iris blossom roots and organic lemons, a raspberry brandy and an Italian Prosecco DOC with floral notes and fruity taste.

Gin "Spirits from the Alps"
With botanicals that come directly from our mountains "The Alps": juniper berries, raspberries, iris blossom roots and organic lemons from Sicily.

Nose: fruity/lemon and floral
Palate: raspberry and juniper berries
Awards: San Francisco World Spirits Competition - Gold, Bartender Award 2023 - Silver
Mediterranean tonics go particularly well with our Gin. We recommend the following mixing ratio: 5cl Gin, 200 ml tonic water, 1 large ice cube and a lemon zest as garnish.

Nose: intense notes of raspberry and vanilla
Palate: fruity with notes of vanilla and nutmeg

Raspberry Sour:
4 cl Gin, 2 cl Raspberry Brandy, 2 cl forest fruit syrup, 1 cl sugar syrup, 2 cl lemon juice, raspberries as garnish. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with raspberries on a skewer. Cheers!
