Our homeland

We treasure the idiosyncrasies of our homelands, and the variety of fruits and extraordinary taste sensations that nature offers us. The farmers, and their dedication to their profession. Smallscale manufacturers who breathe new life into old traditions. The appreciation of quality, the joy in joy itself. These are the characteristics which come together to create
both the ingredients and the inspiration for our spirits.

Ripened in the Alps

The quality of our spirits begins with the fruit tree, the vineyard and the herb garden. And from this point onwards we accompany our ingredients with a vigilant
eye, right up to the moment it goes into the bottle. This is an easy matter for us, as every step of the process is carried out on-site in our distillery. Mashing, macerating, distilling and storing:
With our manual work and constant monitoring, quality is always at the forefront of our minds. Our standards are high. Because it is the subtle nuances
that give our spirits their character.

A wealth of natural aromas

The absolute best of ingredients for our spirits grow here in our own region. The fruits ripen slowly here in the Alpine-Mediterranean climate, and we have all the patience it takes to wait for the perfect moment to pick them. Because only ripe fruits contain the fullest of aromas.
 

We are painstaking in our selection, and only choose those fruits which we would be happy to eat. The short distances and immediate processing in our
distillery ensure that freshness and quality are preserved to the full.
